In accordance with FAR 5.201, this pre-solicitation notice is a synopsis of Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal?s intent to solicit and award, on a sole source basis, a 3-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Definite-Quantity contract to Textron Systems Corporation for 65 each Mobile Strike Force Vehicles (MSFVs), and one year?s worth of spares, in support of the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative. This action is authorized by FAR 6.302-7 (10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(7)), Public Interest. Responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, which may be considered by the agency. Responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation, once issued, by submitting a written request to the points of contact, as listed.
