All prices and payments will be in Singapore Dollars (SGD), with GST priced as a separate line item.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov by June 18, 2026, 1630 SGT. Submissions must be in English, with each email not exceeding 30MB. Required documents include SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required in Section 3, proof of SAM Registration, and a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire.
