This solicitation is for an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract for Mobile X-ray services to be provided on-site at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Bastrop, Texas. The services are for the incarcerated adult population.

• Provision of mobile radiology services, including medical x-ray imaging and Ultrasound (general, vascular/Doppler) procedures.

• Provision of readings, interpretation, diagnosis, and clinical recommendations.

• Contractor must provide all necessary equipment, transportation, delivery, setup, maintenance, training, and staffing.

• Contractor employees must wear professional attire (scrub uniforms approved) and are prohibited from wearing khaki or green clothing.

• Contractor employees must be CPR certified and possess appropriate credentials and licenses.

• Contractor must comply with all applicable DOJ security policies, directives, and guidance.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Requirements with Firm-Fixed Unit Pricing.

• Period of Performance: Base Period of up to 120 workdays, with an Option to extend for up to 6 months from the end of the Base Year.

• Anticipated Award Date: May 31, 2026.

• Anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA): June 01, 2026.

• Place of Performance: On-site at FCI Bastrop, 1341 Highway 95 North, Bastrop, TX 78602.
