Key activities involve leading MOC C4I and MPT&E sub-working groups, authoring sections of the OLW/MOC Integrated Prioritized Capabilities List (IPCL), developing the MOC Baseline Configuration Change Plan (BCCP), identifying issues for Force Development Systems Wholeness Assessments (SWA) and Capability and Capacity Assessments (C/CA), and reviewing doctrine and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS).
