To supply WMSL-class cutters with authorized FieldServer FS-QS-3210-1138 gateways, ensuring uninterrupted protocol conversion and communications capability between Modbus and BACnet systems.

• Purchase and delivery of FieldServer FS-QS-3210-1138 Modbus to BACnet protocol gateways.

• No aftermarket substitutions will be accepted.

• Gateways must be procured exclusively from authorized vendors.

• The devices are required as soon as possible.

• Product: Modbus to BACnet protocol Gateway, Part Number/ID: FS-QS-3210-1138, Quantity: 15.

• All gateways must be new and sourced directly from authorized vendors.

• Delivery: Individually packaged and shipped to USCG SURFACE FORCES LOGISTICS CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226.

This is an UNRESTRICTED combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) requires specific items.

• No Substitutions: No substitutions will be authorized without approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts.

• Packaging: Must comply with MIL-STD-20731E, Method 10, suitable for worldwide shipments, with appropriate securing and cushioning. ESD compliance with Method 41, Table J-IA IAW MIL-PRF-81705E if applicable. Items to be individually labeled IAW MIL-STD-129R with barcoding per ISO/IEC 16388-2007 Code 39. Electronic equipment must be marked "STORE INDOORS ONLY".

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Submission: Submit quotation. Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Pricing: Unit Price and Total Price (including shipping) must be provided.

• Delivery: Required Delivery Date is 05/26/26. If unable to meet, provide alternative delivery date.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED. Freight charges to zip code 21226 must be included in total cost.
