  • Beyond Repair (BR/BER): Include T&E fee/price if an asset is determined BR/BER.
  • Awardee Information: CAGE codes for awardee, inspection & acceptance, and facility/subcontractor.
  • Price Reduction for Delays: Propose a price reduction amount per unit per month for unexcusable delays in meeting RTAT, up to a maximum.
  • Authorized Distributors: Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer.
