Scope of Work
The Government is seeking capabilities for:
- Modernization/Upgrade Capabilities:
- Terrain and Air Collision Avoidance Capability (GCAS/Auto ACAS)
- Barrier Capability (analysis of BAK-15 and MA-1A arrestor systems)
- Selectable G-limits (Pilot-selectable G-limiter)
- Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI) Improvements (e.g., Divert Mode, Situational Awareness display, navigation, flameout landing guidance, Tactical Situation Display, markpoints, MGRS, HOTAS remapping)
- Embedded Global Positioning System (GPS) Inertial Navigation System (INS) [EGI] upgrade
- Sustainment Activities:
- Depot maintenance, product support, software maintenance, interim contract support
- Technical Order development, publication, and maintenance
- Configuration and data management, spares, and support equipment procurement
- Systems engineering, program management, contracting, financial management, and technical disciplines (electrical, flight systems, cybersecurity, avionics, structures, aerospace)
- Crisis management, reliability databases, technical data management, DMSMS, PIWG support, fleet management, supply chain management, and depot level support.
