Evaluation

Capabilities and qualifications submitted by interested vendors will be evaluated solely to determine if this acquisition can be conducted on a competitive basis. NASA/JSC has determined that MAROTTA CONTROLS INC is the sole provider, maintaining exclusive control of technical data, specifications, drawings, and manufacturing processes, making them the only supplier capable of legally or technically producing, modifying, or supporting this hardware.
