Modify Valve Test Stand X31I for SRF-JRMC Yokosuka

Statement of Work (SOW)

To modify an existing valve test stand located at the US Naval Base Yokosuka to improve its usability and include preventive maintenance.

• Modify the existing valve test stand.

• Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision.

• Replace the existing air-driven water pump with a new one meeting specific pressure ratio, outlet pressure, and volume displacement specifications.

• Replace an existing air regulator.

• Replace an existing relief valve with a new one set to an appropriate pressure.

• Replace the existing hydro test pressure gauge and modify piping to indicate driving air pressure, labeling it "Driving Air Pressure".

• Branch existing city water inlet piping to add a new city water outlet port.
