Scope of Work
USACE requires a turnkey solution for a temporary modular field office to accommodate approximately 30 personnel. The contractor will be responsible for the design, delivery, assembly, utility connection, and final site restoration. Key requirements include:
- Site Work: Conformance to the provided floor plan (Attachment A), site restoration, utility connections (electrical, water, wastewater), stormwater management, and ADA-compliant walkways/access.

- Utilities & Systems: Dedicated IT closet with Ethernet cabling for 30 personnel, NEC-compliant electrical outlets, 50-foot candle lighting, zoned HVAC (70°F ± 3°F), and operational, lockable windows with blinds.
- Safety & Compliance: Adherence to IBC, ADA, NFPA, NEC, and EM 385-1-1 standards, including fire extinguishers and smoke/CO alarms, and first aid kits.
