• NSN of a similar item or previous NSN for upgrade parts.
• Copy of invoice if previously sold commercially (redacted acceptable).
• Basis of pricing if not in line with historical pricing.
• Awardee CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, and Facility/Subcontractor CAGE.
• New unit price and delivery lead-time for comparison.
• Proof of being an authorized distributor on company letterhead.
