Contractor shall be solely responsible for total MOKKITS OS performance, including all management, labor, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, and supplies not provided GFE/CFE. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to load/unload pods, transport pods/prepare for shipment, process pre/post mission data, ensure live monitor system capability is operational, and operate aircrew debriefing equipment at locations in Tables 1/1a and Appendix 6.
Sustainment and maintenance of the AN/ASQ-T34/T503 pods, Surface Instrumented Sub-system (SIS), and Real Time Server (RTS) is the responsibility of the MSC. MOKKITS supports air combat training by aircraft assigned to Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), United States Air Force (USAF) aircraft within PACAF’s area of operations, aircraft from other components of the armed forces of the United States, and Allied aircraft. Air combat training requirements are derived from unit or component proficiency requirements or in a single-service, joint, bilateral or combined forces exercise.
