- M4 Two Mag Pouch (NSN: 8465-01-641-9431)
- Waist Pack (NSN: 8465-01-641-9395)
- Flash Bang Pouch (NSN: 8465-01-641-9419)
- M111 Grenade Pouch (NSN: 8465-01-723-5295)
- 200 RD Saw Gunner Pouch (NSN: 8465-01-642-2292)
- 100 RD Utility Pouch (NSN: 8465-01-642-2287)
- 40MM Single Explosive (NSN: 8465-01-642-2291)
- 40MM Double Explosive (NSN: 8465-01-642-2293)
- 40MM Double Pyrotechnic (NSN: 8465-01-642-2294)
All components must adhere to purchase description CO-PD-02-02 Rev R, dated May 9, 2024. Guaranteed minimum quantities will be ordered, with annual estimated and three-year maximum quantities provided for informational purposes.
Contract Details
- Type: Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed-Priced, Tiered Pricing Period Contract.
- Duration: Three (3) 12-month ordering periods.
- Clauses: FAR 52.209-4 First Article Approval – Government Testing, with alternate I, will be included.
- Production Lead Time (PLT): 210 days for initial orders (90 days for FAT submission/delivery, 60 days for Government FAT review, 120 days for first delivery post-FAT approval). Subsequent orders require 120 days PLT.
- Inspection & Acceptance: At source.
- Delivery: FOB Destination to Third Party Logistics (3PL) depots in Pendergrass, Georgia; Austin, Texas; and Lansing, Michigan.
- Restrictions: The Berry Amendment applies, requiring clothing and textile items to be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted, or produced in the United States, its possessions, or Puerto Rico, unless exceptions apply.
