Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide preventative maintenance and onsite repairs for Monaco Fire Alarm Systems workstations at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

• Perform preventative maintenance and onsite repairs on Monaco workstations at buildings 4601, 4811, and 3300.

• Scheduled maintenance to be performed every six months, in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

• Contractor to provide all personnel, tools, supervision, and parts (except major electronic failures).

• Work includes service checks, maintenance, adjustments, upgrades, repairs, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.

• All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturer's specifications.

• Contractor shall provide Quality Control in accordance with commercial practices.

• Maintenance Repair Log to be maintained and submitted monthly.

• Location: Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro, NC Fire Stations and command post at buildings 4601, 4811, and 3300.

• Hours of Operation: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except Federal holidays.

• Service technicians must be experienced with Monaco workstations and trained/authorized by the manufacturer.

• Contractor to provide all parts covered by warranty; new factory warranted parts unless rebuilt parts are approved.

• Response to service calls within one (1) business day.

• Provide recommendations for upgrades/changes to the D-21 System.

• Specific tasks include cleaning and verifying operation of D-21 PCs, printer service, software updates (D-21, antivirus, RMF), database backups, monitor inspection, system polls, UPS checks, network connectivity verification, support connection testing, redundant database synchronization, server takeover tests, media file updates, rack equipment checks, providing software installation disks and manuals, inspecting and testing tone panels, GPIOs, NVM, mobile base stations, RFMs, and DVR equipment, and updating D-21 Hazmat and Technical manuals.

• Training for NCOIC of Dispatch and Alarm Shop (up to 4 hours) on software/hardware changes.

• Personnel must possess proper identification and/or citizenship documentation.

• Contractor responsible for site cleanup.

• One-year warranty on all workmanship.
