Justification & Acquisition Process
This is a brand-name justification in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.505(a)(4) for Entuity Licensing support via Park Place Technologies. Market research conducted in February 2026 determined Entuity to be the best-suited application due to its automated operation and Application Path Analysis features, which were unique at the time of initial procurement in 2022. The contracting officer expects the price(s) to be fair and reasonable based on adequate price competition, anticipating at least two quotes from authorized NASA SEWP V vendors. The OAQ will seek and solicit as many authorized resellers of Entuity software as possible to increase competition.
Eligibility
This is not a set-aside. Multiple NASA SEWP V vendors are authorized resellers and can provide the Brand Name Entuity Licensing O&M support.
