Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on a Best Value Trade-off in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. The Non-Price Technical Solution (Technical Approach and Past Performance) is significantly more important than price.
- Technical Approach and Capability: Evaluate understanding, approach, ability to perform, and experience with similar services.
- Past Performance: Requires at least two references from similar, recent services (within two years) with completed Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ). A neutral rating will be given for lack of relevant history.
- Price: Evaluated for completeness and reasonableness, compatible with the technical solution. The Government intends to award a single or multiple firm fixed-price purchase order(s) with Net 30 payment terms. Options will be evaluated by adding their total price to the basic requirement.
