- Quick-Change Tension Member Kit: For 60k UCM

Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted as an "all-or-none" requirement; partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive. Offerors must have an active SAM registration. Quotes must include CAGE Code, Delivery Date/Lead Time, Pricing for all CLINs, and item/product information (Part Numbers, SKU's), and be valid for a minimum of 30 days. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote fully complies with the solicitation and is most advantageous based on price analysis. Submitting a quote implies acceptance of all solicitation terms.
Eligibility
Offerors must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), authorized dealers, or authorized resellers, and must provide proof of authorization. Gray market items are not acceptable.
