Scope of Work
The requirement is to provide a training staff and materials for Mortuary Affairs Realistic Lane Training. Key tasks include:
- Providing 15 cadavers for training scenarios.
- Transporting cadavers to multiple training sites.
- Supporting scenario-based injuries, amputations, embalming, and autopsy.
- Managing disposal of cadavers and bio-hazard materials post-training.
- Providing five (5) instructors to answer questions regarding Non-Transplantable Anatomical Media (NAMs).
- Providing a dedicated cadaver handler for delivery, removal, scenario preparation, disposition, and clean-up.
- Supporting DoD personnel in processing, recovery in various terrains, and embalming.
- Ensuring proper personal protective equipment (PPE) utilization.
- Offering expertise on cadaver orientation, handling, and guidance for scenario planning and safety.

Evaluation
This notice is for market research purposes to determine competition and conduct market analysis. Performance will be monitored using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for this Performance Based Contract.
Special Requirements
- Compliance with the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (2006).
- Contractor personnel must have experience in transportation, storage, removal, recovery, processing, and handling of deceased personnel in traumatic situations.
- Key Personnel: Cadaver Handler must be compliant with the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act and possess expertise in all aspects of cadaver handling.
- Contractors are responsible for their own billeting and food.
- Adherence to Camp Grayling base access requirements, including advance personnel names and vehicle documentation.
