Evaluation will be based on Part I - Price, Part II - Technical Documentation, and Part III - Site Inspection. Technical documentation will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis, requiring a "Yes" response to all five questions in Attachment 3 to be deemed "Acceptable."
