This Sources Sought aims to find potential contractors capable of providing non-personal services for the administration and transportation of human remains across USARMEA's designated Area of Responsibility (AOR), including EUCOM and AFRICOM. Services include personnel, equipment, funeral vehicles, transportation, temporary storage, telecommunications, tools, materials, and supervision. The contractor will coordinate with consulates for release of remains, obtain necessary documentation (Laissez Passer, Death Certificates), and transport remains in suitable containers to designated processing points. The current requirement is supported under contract W9114F25PA059.
Required Capabilities & Performance Standards
Offerors must demonstrate the ability to meet requirements outlined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key performance standards include:
- Availability: 24/7/365, with a 1-hour response to requests (90% AOL).
- Professionalism: Max 2 deficiencies per option year.
