The contractor will coordinate with consulates for release of remains, obtain necessary documentation (Laissez Passer, Death Certificates), and transport remains in suitable containers to designated processing points. Required Capabilities & Performance Standards

Offerors must demonstrate the ability to meet requirements outlined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key performance standards include:

  • Availability: 24/7/365, with a 1-hour response to requests (90% AOL).
  • Professionalism: Max 2 deficiencies per option year.

  • Transportation: 100% successful completion of tasks.
