MOTOR VESSEL MISSOURI RIVER ENGINE REBUILD
On or about 15 September 2025, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for MOTOR VESSEL(MV) MISSOURI RIVER ENGINE REBUILD AT THE MISSOURI RIVER PROJECT OFFICE, Nebraska.
The solicitation will close on or about 24 September 2025. This solicitation is unrestricted.
Site Visit:
The site visit is anticipated for 19 September 2025. Additional details of the site visit will be available within the solicitation.
Project Description:
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to completely rebuild both Cummins K19 diesel engines on the MV Missouri and rebuild or supply two (2) new genset diesel engines, one on the MV Missouri and one on the MV Brandy Fitzhugh at the Corps of Engineers’ Missouri River Project (MRP) as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Period of Performance:
The motor vessel will be available for the repairs from 1 Dec 2025 – 1 May 2026. All repairs must be complete by 1 May 2026.

Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed at the Corps of Engineers Missouri River Project Office, 9901 Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE 68112. The Missouri River Project Office is located along the Missouri River just north of Interstate 680 and the Mormon Bridge.
