• Government Source Inspection (GSI): Required.
• Quality Assurance: Contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, compliance, and maintaining records for 365 days post-delivery. Inspection and testing must follow original manufacturer's specifications.
• Marking: In accordance with MIL-STD-130, REV N.
• Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 applies.
• Changes in Design: Specific codes (1-6) are provided for handling part number changes, assembly, or redesigns, requiring Contracting Officer approval for most changes.

Evaluation & Submission

• Price Reduction: State the price reduction amount per unit/per month for not meeting RTAT, up to a maximum amount. Failure to meet RTAT may result in price reductions and other remedies.
• Testing & Evaluation (T&E) Fee: If an asset is determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER), a negotiated T&E fee (not-to-exceed a specified amount) may apply.
• Awardee Information: CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, Facility/Subcontractor CAGE.
• New Unit Comparison: New unit price and delivery lead-time for comparison.
• Authorized Distributors: Proof of being an authorized distributor, on company letterhead, is required for consideration.
