• Procurement of two types of alternating current motors:

• Brand Name Basis: Only products manufactured by RELIANCE ELECTRIC COMPANY will be accepted.

• OEM Authorization: Vendors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating they are an authorized distributor. Failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive.

• Delivery: Required delivery date is September 7, 2026.

• Packaging and Marking: Must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E (Change 17, Method 10) and MIL-STD-129R (Change #2). Each motor must be individually packaged in a wooden crate, wrapped in clear plastic with desiccant, and secured to prevent shifting. Crates must protect motors during commercial carrier shipment. Specific labeling requirements include NSN, Item Name, Part Number, Purchase Order Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), Quantity, and Unit of Issue.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25.

• Quote Due Date: April 23, 2026, by 12 PM EST.

• Submission: Vendors must submit a quotation. All acquisitions expected to exceed $10k will be found on SAM.GOV.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED. Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. Invoices must include CG contract number, vendor invoice number, UEI, TINs, CAGE number, PO item number, description, unit prices, and extended totals. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil.

• Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.
