This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for specific motors. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Procurement of two types of alternating current motors:

  • NSN 6105-01-434-7801, Part # 03MAM03157 or EM4106T, Quantity: 4 ea
  • NSN 6105-01-564-6204, Part # 707533-701, Quantity: 6 ea

• All items must be as listed, with no substitutions authorized without prior approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts.

• Required Delivery Date: 09/07/2026.

• Preservation, Packaging & Marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E w/ Change 17, Method 10, and be marked IAW MIL-STD-129R w/ Change #2.

• Each motor must be individually packaged in a wooden crate, wrapped in clear plastic with desiccant, secured within the crate, and capable of protecting the motor during multiple shipments by commercial carrier.

• End Use: USCGC 418 FT WMSL Sea Water System.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Quote Due Date: 02/27/26, 12 PM EST.

• Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED.

• Invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

• Quality Assurance (Q/A) inspection may be required; notify Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior if applicable.
