- Proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) in days. If not meeting the requested 94 days, provide company capacity constraints.
- T&E fee/price if an asset is determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER).
- Award to CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, Facility/Subcontractor CAGE (for shipping).
- Cost breakdown (if feasible) and a quote expiration date (minimum 90 days).
- Proposed price reduction amount per unit/per month for missed RTAT, up to a maximum.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on a competitive process where past performance is considered more important than price.

This solicitation incorporates FAR Clause 52.222-90, "Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (DEV 2026-00038) (APR 2026)" and a revised FAR Clause 52.244-6.
