This solicitation is for the procurement of MTU engine overhaul parts to support the U.S. Coast Guard's ongoing maintenance requirements for MTU 20V4000M93L engines installed on the 154’ WPC. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 333618 with a size standard of 1500 employees.

• Procurement of MTU engine overhaul parts, specifically "Kit #1", "Kit #2", "Kit #3", and "Catalog Parts".

• Parts must be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with standard commercial practices and specific instructions in the Price Schedule.

• Shipments must be accompanied by an itemized packing list.

• Offerors must provide a certification of being an authorized distributor for Rolls Royce Corporation or intend to utilize an authorized distributor.

• This is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract.

• The contract includes one (1) 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month option years.

• Estimated quantity for Kits #1, #2, and #3 is 8 each per year. Catalog parts are "As Required" with a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) value of $2,000,000.00 per year.

• Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of each order (FOB Destination).

• Offer Due Date: June 4, 2026.

• Quotations must include Volume I (Technical), Volume II (Past Performance), and Volume III (Price).

• Technical evaluation requires completion of a specific certification and submission of an OEM distributorship agreement.

• Past performance will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis, requiring at least a satisfactory rating.

• Price will be evaluated for reasonableness.

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
