  • Network Preventative Maintenance.
  • Local Radio Support and Radio Subscriber Repairs with expedited turnaround times and a 90-day repair warranty.
  • System Security Updates, STIG Backporting, and quarterly vulnerability scans.
  • NICE Recorder Support and Edge Availability Support.
  • System Upgrade Agreement (SUA) for technology refreshment, including bi-annual system upgrades.
  • Richmond Emergency Call Box Support (8:00am - 4:30pm M-F).
  • Non-Recurring Services such as radio installation/de-installation, accessory replacement, and programming.
