- 24x7x365 Technical Support via telephone.
- On-Site Support and Infrastructure Response.
- Infrastructure Repair with Advanced Replacement of malfunctioning system equipment within 24 hours.
- Network Preventative Maintenance.
- Local Radio Support and Radio Subscriber Repairs with expedited turnaround times and a 90-day repair warranty.
- System Security Updates, STIG Backporting, and quarterly vulnerability scans.
- NICE Recorder Support and Edge Availability Support.
- System Upgrade Agreement (SUA) for technology refreshment, including bi-annual system upgrades.
- Richmond Emergency Call Box Support (8:00am - 4:30pm M-F).
