• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price, technical merits (including types of equipment offered), and past performance. Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price.

• NAICS Code: 221310 (Water Supply and Irrigation Systems) with a size standard of $41.0 million.
• Registration: Active registration in SAM.gov and a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) are required at the time of quote submission and award.
