Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide two (2) CitoPress 30 Mounting Presses, along with associated mounting units and the CitoPress Sensitive Option. Key technical specifications for each press include:
- Capable of handling multiple hot mount resins (powder and liquid) and mounting two or more samples concurrently.
- Automatic application of load, heating, and cooling without manual input.
- Features include two cylinders, a low mass mounting unit for fast heating/cooling, a built-in Hot Mounting Application Guide with automatic parameter conversion, storage for two customized methods, automatic detection of cylinder dimension, display and touch pad controls, and three preset cooling levels.
- Power requirement: 1 x 100-240 V / 50-60 Hz.
- Both presses must have a 1.25" ram and a 50mm ram, with corresponding mounting units.
Services required include delivery, offloading, installation, performance verification, and training for at least six (6) operators on-site for one day (four hours).
