• Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the offer due date.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.

• Evaluation factors include Price (fair and reasonable) and Technical Acceptability (acceptable or unacceptable).

• Past Performance will also be evaluated (Acceptable, Neutral, Unacceptable).

• Offerors must provide a detailed explanation of their ability to perform, addressing specific sections of the PWS, and provide resumes for key personnel (Project Manager).

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• Service Contract Act Wage Rates apply. Wage Determination WD 1981-1254 (Rev. 70) is provided.

• No remote or telework is authorized for key personnel.
