- 5 Each: Solenoid Valve, Normally Open (P/N: VGP6PVVC9D9) These parts are critical for the Minuteman III program. Delivery is required at Hill AFB, UT, not to exceed 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government will evaluate price and the technical capability of the item offered to meet requirements. Only the lowest-priced proposal will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Offerors must be registered in SAM and include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3.

This acquisition is justified as sole source due to the unique qualifications of Emerson parts for the MPTS, following a successful update of one test set. Market research did not yield alternative sources. The government will continuously monitor technology for future competitive opportunities.
