Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The government intends for the contractor to load test specific pieces of equipment upon delivery.

• The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, paint, test equipment, and appliances.

• All work must be performed in accordance with this PWS, associated specifications and drawings (1Q-9(M)A-2-4), and relevant international, federal, state, and local building codes.

• The contractor shall perform all work at their own place of business.

• Equipment delivery is to be coordinated with the government, with all work completed no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of equipment.

• Load test all specified items according to provided documentation (1Q-9(M)A-2-4) or identify discrepancies.

• This testing must be completed annually.

• All test equipment and labor.

• A certificate or documentation of the results of all equipment testing.

• The contractor will perform all work at their place of business.

• Work must be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of equipment.

• The contractor must adhere to the rules and regulations of their facility.

• Testing constraints indicated in (1Q-9(M)A-2-4) for the tested equipment.

• The contractor shall not perform service on recognized United States holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products for MQ-9 Load Testing. The 147 Attack Wing Base Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

• Provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, and transportation necessary to provide MQ-9 Load Testing.

• Services to be performed at the 147th Attack Wing, Texas Air National Guard, Houston, Texas.

• The work will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price

• Period of Performance: Shall begin within 30 days after notice of award.

• Quotes received after the deadline will be considered late and not evaluated.
