The range must comply with Naval Occupational Safety and Health regulations (OPNAV 5100.23 series) and be located within 15 driving miles of MSC's Balboa Avenue Training Site (BATS), San Diego, CA 92123. Services include providing the range for three (3) hours per range day, three (3) range days per week, accommodating various shooting positions (standing, kneeling, prone) and distances (3, 7, 10, 15, 25 yards), with a minimum of eight (8) shooting lanes. The range must also provide a PA system, potable water, bathroom facilities, and ensure cleaned spaces. MSC will provide weapons, ammunition, and instructors.

Evaluation
