Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to provide food services at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner five days a week (Monday-Friday).
- Preparing two additional meals per week for weekend consumption.
- All meals must be prepared on-site.
- Coordinating meal plans with Mess Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs).
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and dining areas.
- Adhering to strict food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, USDA, and Codex Alimentarius.
- Developing and implementing a Quality Control plan and a Food Service Safety Program. The cost of meal ingredients is not included in the contract, but the contractor may be required to purchase food using supplied funding. Government Furnished Property (GFP), such as equipment and utensils, will be provided.
