This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) Passenger Van type vehicle for the U.S. Consulate Adana, located in Güzelevler Mahallesi 212, Yüreğir, Adana, Türkiye. The vehicle must meet specific technical and model year requirements.

• One (1) Passenger Van

• 2026 model, Automatic, 4x2 8 Speed, 4 Doors, 8+1 Passenger Van, Diesel, Parking Assist Front and Rear, Seat Belt Alert System, 130-230 HP, 4 Cylinder, 6 Air Bag, Min 4 Cylinder.

• The price must include all labor, materials, equipment, service, transportation, handling, insurance, overhead, and profit.

• Delivery to U.S. Consulate Adana, Güzelevler Mah. Girne Bulv. No:212, Yüreğir, Adana, Türkiye.

• Firm-fixed price type of purchase order/contract.

• Payment in TRY (Türk Lirası).

• No advance payments.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable due to the Consulate's tax exemption.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
