Bidders who are granted access to CUI for this opportunity must sign and adhere to this Non-Disclosure Agreement. Failure to comply with the terms can result in severe consequences, including legal action and denial of access to information.

This document is a questionnaire designed to assess vendor capabilities regarding security specifications for a deployable workspace solution. Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI is issued by the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) to explore the market for proven, 20-foot Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) certified, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) format structures capable of Temporary/Tactical Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (T-SCIF) and Temporary/Tactical Special Access Program Facility (T-SAPF) accreditation. The responses will aid the Government in determining its acquisition strategy. This RFI does not commit the Government to a contract and is for information and planning purposes only.

Respondents are requested to provide information on potential solutions, even if they do not fully meet the specified characteristics. The submission should include a White Paper and a completed Questionnaire. Key areas of interest include:

• Administrative Information: Company details, business type, DUNS/UEI, CAGE code, facility security clearance, Federal Supply Schedule information, and existing contracts for similar shelters.

• Product/Service Information: Compliance with standards (e.g., ICD-705, DONSAPCO), scalability, integration with Marine Corps systems (power, environmental control, C5ISRT), transportability (land, sea, air, tactical vehicles), air transportability (C-130, C-17), external power/communications, operational suitability in austere environments, durability, corrosion mitigation, training requirements, manufacturing readiness, supply chain management, security protocols, support and maintenance, and cost/delivery estimates.

• Technical Approach: Meeting physical, acoustic, and RF attenuation requirements (80 dB RF attenuation, STC 50+, Heat transfer coefficient 0.3), testing methodologies, and potential deviations from a draft Performance Specification (PSPEC).

• Response Deadline: 9 April 2026, 4:00 PM EST.

• Required Documents: White Paper (Word/compatible format) and Questionnaire (Excel format).
