• Solid Waste Collection services for two locations: CMR Sand Creek Station and Lewistown HQ Office.

• Services include providing and emptying rear-load containers (4-yard and 2-cubic yard) at specified frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on-call).

• Personnel must meet licensing requirements, OSHA safety training, and PPE requirements.

• Services shall be conducted in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Wage Determination 2015-5397, revision 27.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: Base year (06/01/2026 to 05/31/2027) plus four option years.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the requirements for garbage collection and disposal services for two locations in Lewistown, MT.

• Location 1 (CMR Sand Creek Station):

  • Provide receptacles and garbage pickup at 8407 HWY 191 N. Roy, MT 59471.
  • Supply two (2) 4-yard rear-load containers.
  • Empty containers every two weeks.

• Location 2 (Lewistown HQ Office):

  • Provide receptacles and garbage pickup at 333 Airport Rd. Lewistown, MT 59457.
