Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, and materials to:
- Upgrade HVAC controls in Buildings 1670 and 1671, integrating them with the base's Niagara Direct Digital Control (DDC) infrastructure.
- Repair or replace identified HVAC components (e.g., HVUs, VAV boxes, boiler pumps, AHUs, VFDs) in Buildings 1671, 1672, 1674, and 4175.
- Ensure seamless communication and data exchange with the Niagara system.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and provide at least four hours of training to Government personnel.
- Deliver as-built drawings, system manuals, and a detailed equipment list.
