Submissions should be in Word (.docx) or Adobe (.pdf) format, Times New Roman 12pt font, single-spaced, with 1-inch margins, and include a cover sheet. Responses are limited to 40 pages, including slick sheets or brochures. Proprietary information must be clearly marked. Responses will aid in the requirements generation process.
Additional Notes
The "System Requirements_CUI" attachment, detailing specific operational requirements, is available upon email request to the points of contact. The Government may contact vendors for follow-on discussions, demonstrations, or meetings. Non-Government personnel may be used to assist in reviewing market information, with appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in place.
