Scope of Work

- Installing specified hardware, including closers, panic hardware, keyed locks compatible with BEST cores, and thresholds.
- Supporting the recycling of old doors, hardware, and materials. Specific facilities requiring door replacements include Buildings 198, 211, 512, 1126, 1361, 1613, 1784, 2316, and 2610, with varying door types (e.g., exterior hollow metal, wooden, storefront assemblies, stainless steel). Exterior storefronts must feature Aluminum Bronze Frames with 1" insulated Bronze tinted Low-e glass and a minimum 10" bottom rail. The anticipated period of performance is 180 days.
