This solicitation is for the procurement of three (3) Multi-Fruit Juicer (MFJ) Citrus Juicers, 2nd Generation. The USDA requires juicers that can simultaneously separate peel, seeds, and membranes from the juice and pulp, preserve optimal juice flavor, and process a wide variety of citrus fruits and sizes.

• Three (3) Multi-Fruit Juicer (MFJ) Citrus Juicers, 2nd Generation (Brand Name JBT or Equal).

• Juicers must process whole fruit, instantaneously separate components, and adjust pulp content.

• Must accommodate multiple fruit sizes without equipment changes.

• Must have a .040 strainer tube with additional strainer size options.

• Must have multiple throughput speeds (25fpm, 29fpm, 33fpm).

• Requires an 80lb hopper capacity and a removable reservoir.

• Must have a single fruit feed hopper.

• Available trade-in opportunity for 3X Gen 1 MFJ Juicers.

• Requires removal of current 3 Gen 1 MFJ Juicers.

• Requires three (3) years of preventative maintenance on the juicers, provided by yearly service.

• Vendor-supported installation and training are required.

• All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), JBT-MFJ.

• A Certificate of Conformance (COC) is required.

• Anticipated award type: Firm fixed price purchase order.

• Period of performance: Delivery by 30 July 2026. Early deliveries are accepted.

• Offerors must submit pricing for all items to be considered responsive.

• Quotes will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.

• Technical capability will be evaluated as "acceptable" or "unacceptable" based on meeting salient characteristics.

• Past performance will be evaluated as "acceptable," "neutral," or "unacceptable."

• Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.

• Offerors providing "or equal" items must include descriptive literature.

• Pricing must be inclusive of all applicable fees, delivery, and freight.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the offer due date.

• Questions are due by May 08, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time.
