Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing for all required items to be considered responsive. Quotes will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Technical capability will be assessed as "acceptable" or "unacceptable" based on meeting salient characteristics, and past performance will be evaluated as "acceptable," "neutral," or "unacceptable." The award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. Offerors proposing "or equal" items must include descriptive literature. Pricing must be inclusive of all applicable fees, delivery, and freight, and must remain firm for 90 calendar days from the offer due date.
