This Request for Quotation (RFQ) aims to procure a 5-axis CNC router system to support the Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate (ESDMD) at NASA MSFC in Huntsville, AL. The acquisition is for a firm fixed-price contract.
Scope of Work
The successful vendor shall provide:
- One (1) M67-510DT 5-axis CNC router (or equal) with specific technical capabilities, including a minimum 36-inch vertical axis, dual 60x120-inch work tables, a 17HP vacuum pump, a 6-position automatic tool changer, and two Donaldson Torit dust collection units.
- A Mastercam Router 3D license and associated training for one student.
- Machine installation services, including volumetric 3D laser compensation, to be completed within one week.
