Scope of Work

The project also involves the renovation of an existing range. A key deliverable is ensuring the Inerting facility is fully operational by December 31, 2026. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the procurement, furnishing, and installation of Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E), and compliance with all applicable laws, security requirements (per Attachment P), and IT security policies.

Submission & Evaluation

- Evaluation: The FBI will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Proposals will be evaluated sequentially, starting with the lowest price, until a responsive and responsible offeror with Acceptable ratings across all evaluation factors is identified.
- Submission Requirements: Offerors must submit proposals in three distinct volumes: Technical & Management, Past Performance, and Price.
