Scope of Work

The anticipated MA IDIQ contracts will cover the leasing of MFDs, accessories, and office document devices. Services include installation, removal, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), end-user training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security. These services will be provided at a flat rate for up to 60 months. The contracts will support DLA customers across the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and non-foreign Outside of the Contiguous United States (OCONUS), specifically Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands (Guam, Saipan, Tinian), American Samoa (Tutuila), and US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix).

  • Statement of business size (large/small) and active SAM status.
  • Identification as an MFD Manufacturer or Reseller (if reseller, identify large/small business procurement source).
  • Relevant experience within the past three years, including contract numbers, POCs, and specific work performed if a subcontractor.
  • Comments on the Draft PWS (if applicable).
  • If a Reseller, confirmation of a Letter of Supply/Authorization (actual submission required at proposal stage). Submissions are via email to the listed points of contact.
