Quick Summary

This project has an estimated combined magnitude of $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Responses are due by July 7, 2026.
Scope of Work
This project involves two primary components:
- Munitions Maintenance and Inspection (M&I) Facility (2,400 SF): Construction of a new facility utilizing conventional design. Key elements include micro-pile foundations, cast-in-place concrete structures, structural framing with insulated metal panels, standing seam metal roofing, specialized HVAC (20-ton AC), interior plumbing, lightning/grounding protection, fire alarm/mass notification, and wet-pipe sprinkler systems. A bid option for a 1,167 SY concrete pad for the Material Assembly Center (MAC) is also included.
- Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition (1,320 SF): Construction of an addition to the existing Munitions Cube Storage Facility (B3552) to support F-22 operations. This includes micro-pile foundations, concrete wall structures (12" thick for high-hazard storage), cast-in-place concrete slabs, structural steel framing, standing seam metal roofing, new asphalt pavement, and integrated fire detection/alarm systems.
Project Phasing & Security: The contractor will be required to erect temporary security fencing. Escorts will be needed for fence erection, work outside the fence, and utility connections. Once the secured work zone is approved, unescorted access will be permitted within the boundary.
