The contractor will provide comprehensive ALS and BLS ambulance services, including emergent and non-emergent responses, administrative transfers, and patient transports. These services are required on-site at MUTC and the BLDG 5144 training venue from June 4-6, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily. ALS and BLS ambulances will serve as primary responders, with Installation EMS as secondary resources.

Key Requirements

  • Personnel Qualifications: EMTs, A-EMTs, and Paramedics must meet Indiana State and NREMT requirements, hold current BLS certifications (AHA), and Paramedics require additional AMLS and ACLS. Drivers need a valid State driver's license. All personnel must be fluent in English.
  • Staffing: One ALS and one BLS ambulance/crew are required daily. Each crew must consist of one NREMT Paramedic and one NREMT EMT or A-EMT.
