Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install a secure and durable perimeter fence system at the Museum of the Plains Indian (MPI) to enhance protection of staff, visitors, cultural collections, and museum facilities, in response to increased security needs and upcoming exterior improvements.

• Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and services for a complete perimeter fence system.

• Includes site assessment, fencing layout preparation, ground preparation, installation of fencing and gates, and submission of required documentation.

• Fence System: Approximately 1,969 linear feet of ornamental black aluminum fencing, spear-top design, 6 feet in height. Fence will be 18-gauge metal or higher. Posts spaced at eight feet on center, pickets at five inches on center. All components to match in height, finish, and appearance. Attachment 2 provides pictures of a similar product.

• Fence Alignment: Specific setbacks from sidewalks, highway edges, and existing barrier posts are detailed.
