Project Scope / Required Capabilities

- Curatorial and Collections Management: Professional curation, exhibit research, design, installation, artifact handling, preservation, and cataloging.
- Visitor and Guest Services: Daily operations, ticketing, information services, volunteer/docent coordination, and guest environment management.
- Education and Public Programming: Development and execution of educational programs, curriculum, engaging visitor experiences, guided tours, and interactive exhibits.
- General Operations Support: Event management for special functions, lectures, and community days.
- Exhibit Maintenance and Technical Support: Audiovisual (AV) and Media Systems Maintenance, and Information Technology (IT) Systems Management for exhibit hardware and software.
