Key responsibilities include providing general information and support to visitors, maintaining oversight of exhibit galleries, monitoring restrooms, cleaning case glass, removing ice/snow, and tabulating visitation. A total of three personnel are required: one for Buildings 205 and 207, one for Building 24A, and one relief worker.

Performance Standards & Special Requirements
Contractors must develop and implement an effective Quality Control System (QCP) covering continuous process improvement, inspection, discrepancy identification/correction, root cause analysis, and customer feedback. Compliance with OSHA and other safety requirements, along with safeguarding Government property, is mandatory. Employees are required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and specified holidays, adhering to specific hours of operation. Special requirements include submitting a key control plan and pre-service training plan for approval, ensuring employees wear ID Badges, complying with energy conservation practices, and completing Antiterrorism (AT) Level I and OPSEC Training. The contractor is also responsible for emergency medical treatment for employees.
