Scope of Work
The selected contractor will serve as a Music Coordinator, responsible for:

- Conducting weekly Praise Band rehearsals and services.
- Recruiting and training vocalists and instrumentalists, ensuring a minimum band composition (guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and singers).
- Coordinating all logistical aspects of worship music, including sound checks and volunteer management.
- Planning and delivering music for special occasions and religious holidays.
- Providing a weekly music plan in PowerPoint format. The government will provide the necessary meeting space, musical instruments, and sound equipment.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price
- Period of Performance: A basic period from May 3, 2026, to May 2, 2027, with four (4) additional one-year option periods, potentially extending the contract through May 2, 2031.
