This project involves the upgrade of the existing electrical panel in Building 412 at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary parts, materials, labor, and supervision for the installation and enhancement of the electrical systems as outlined in the project specifications. The aim of the upgrade is to enhance the efficiency and safety of the electrical infrastructure at the facility. The project will include the removal of outdated panel components, installation of new, higher-capacity breakers, and the deployment of modern wiring solutions that meet safety standards.In accordance with FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is: Between $100,000 and $250,000.This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Your attention is directed to Section M of the solicitation on the evaluation criteria with how the award will be made. Please ensure you review the entire solicitation and attachments.Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
